New roof, siding, and gutters..

...plus floor joists that need to be reinforced, wiring that needs to be replaced, and a totally questionable "flexible" gas piping system.

On a positive note, the inspector said the house had "nice floors".

Soooo.... we're calculating. And we're thinking of a counter. And we're packing -- cause we're flying out to CA tomorrow for a wedding.

We are not (unfortunately) going to get sleep anytime soon.
