First Playdate

So she didn't get out of her carrier, but Audball went on her first playdate this week at our local library. New-to-this mom (that would be me) didn't even think to be on guard when a toddler rushed forward to put a toy in Audrey's mouth. In an instant another mother lept over an innocent bystander child to snatch the public library germ-filled object back, while all I could manage was a weak response of "Oh. That's nice that you'll share your plastic corn with Audrey."

The been-there-done-that-always-thinking mom (that would be Emily) captured the momentous event. Boy I look tired.
